I showed up for my appointment right on the dot. However, I didn’t receive a covid questionnaire prior to my visit. They told me I needed to fill it out before my facial, but nobody mentioned that the time I spent on it would be taken from my appointment. When I was finally set for my facial, I found out I only had 20 minutes left. The lady who did my facial skipped the power peel and just smeared some cream on my face, missing a bunch of spots, then wiped it off with a tissue. Honestly, I feel like I got cheated. The customer service was lacking. I was so upset 😡 that I didn’t say a word to anyone, didn’t leave a tip, and now I really don’t want to go back to finish the package deal I bought.

The folks here were super friendly! They took their time to make me feel at home and went over the various treatments. I walked out feeling a decade younger.

As soon as I began searching for an ideal spa, this one caught my eye. It ain't flawless, but it’s definitely worth a visit. The cost is quite reasonable for these kinds of services.
